2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account for selling or purchasing items on our platform.

3. Content & Authenticity (Zero Tolerance Policy)

Today is a premium social commerce platform dedicated to authentic goods. By using the platform, you agree:

Not to upload, list, or sell counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized items.
That all video content uploaded is your own or you have the rights to use it.
To comply strictly with our Copyright (DMCA) Policy. We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Transactions & Escrow

When a purchase is made, funds are securely held in escrow until the item is verified and delivered to the buyer. We are not responsible for off-platform transactions.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Today Ecosystem Technology, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
